Laser cutting

We process even small batch sizes like series parts

Laser cutting is one of the most modern methods for processing sheet metal. Cutting sheet metal by laser ensures metal boasts edges of the highest quality, requires no extra finishing, and is ready to install immediately – all major benefits. Not only that, laser cutting requires no special tools, giving it a whole host of advantages over other techniques such as stamping. Even small batch sizes can be processed as if they were series parts. So laser cutting makes financial sense, too.
We use a Trumpf Trumatic L 3030 – a high-tech, German-built laser cutting machine which delivers a world-class performance. Its incredibly powerful 5 kW laser cuts sheet metal accurately, rapidly and almost effortlessly:

• Steel sheets up to 25 mm thick
• Stainless steel sheets up to 20 mm thick
• Aluminium sheets up to 12 mm
• and other sheet metals
• for plate sizes up to 3 x 1.5 m
